The Miele coffee maker we purchased ( CM6350) is great, set up was pretty straightforward and the drinks it produces are wonderful. We are experimenting with the settings for our favourite drinks to fine tune the results but that is part of the fun. The Vacuum Warehouse has answered any questions we had (1) quickly and professionally, excellent customer care.

The best customer service I've experienced from any retailer/dealer! I had placed an order for the Miele C3 Excellence when it was at it's sale price, but was informed a few hours later that they had run out of stock. However, Vacuum Warehouse was kind enough to offer me the same sale price for the C3 TotalCare unit instead. Suffice it to say, I jumped on it, and am very happy with the exchange, but even more happy with their customer service. Highly, highly recommended, if you're in the market for a vacuum cleaner or any product that they stock, they are definitely the place to go to!

What a great online shopping experience! We needed to replace our old Dyson vacuum. Tempting to purchase another one, we stumbled across Vacuum Warehouse as part of our purchasing research. Not only were we impressed by their great demo videos, but we also liked that the company wasn't your typical big box store that sold vacuums. Our vacuum arrived in 3 business days during the Christmas holidays (and during a pandemic!) We are very pleased with our purchase and glad that we didn't go with another Dyson. Also happy to support local (even though we live in Niagara) and have a good feeling they'll be able to help us with any of our new appliance's needs in the future.
